Vitamin C is an essential vitamin.
Our body can't produce vitamin C by itself. Even our body don't store vitamin C. So it is important to have plenty of foods containing vitamin C in your daily diet. Especially in these vulnerable times. 

Vitamin C was a popular household cure for the common cold for many years.

Vitamin C is a necessary vitamin for the growth and repair of tissues in all your body.
It is a important protein that helps in development of skin, blood vessels and ligaments.

It also helps in the healing process of wounds.

One of which is it helps increase the immunity of our body.
Today our body is prone to many diseases one of which is the deadly Corona Virus or COVID-19

Cooking the food can lead to reduce the Vitamin C content of it. Steaming and microvaving the food prevents the food to loose its nutritional value specifically Vitamin content of the food. The best way to have Vitamin C is either having the food and vegetables uncooked or raw.

Currently till now there is no vaccine available for this COVID-19 Virus. All we can do is take good preventing measures. Staying home and wearing protective mask is the notable meaures or we can say the physical measures. But all it affects is internally. So it is very important to make ourselves strong INTERNALLY.

People are drinking Kahwas or Immunity Drinks to make ourselves strong.

It can include HALDI DRINK or TURMERIC MILK and drinks with herbs like Honey, Ginger, Ashwagandha, Tulsi etc.

All we can do is try our best till any vaccine is available in the market.
